How Do I Pre-Order or Back Order an Item?

Pre-Order: A pre-order is a game or other product which has not yet been made available by the distributor. Pre-order items are marked as "Coming Soon". You can place an advance order and we will contact you when it becomes available. Just send us an email or give us a call at 03-7876 3818 and our sales assistant will get back to you.

Back Order: Back orders are products which are not currently available or out of stock. We will attempt to find and ship back orders to you as they become available. Back orders can take several weeks to fill, depending on the demand for the product. You may need to put down a deposit before we bring in the product.
