How Do I Make a Purchase?

  1. Create an account on tsb.com.my.
  2. Log in to your account and add the items you want to purchase into your shopping cart.
  3. Once you're done, go to your shopping cart and click on the Finalize My Order button.
  4. Ensure all the information, especially your delivery address and telephone number, are correct and click on the Submit Order button.
  5. An automated reply will be sent to your e-mail address. You may wish to keep it for future reference. Certain service providers like Hotmail, Yahoo and Streamyx may block our automated replies.
  6. You can now proceed to make payment for your order. Do give us a call to check on the items' availability before you make payment.

Online orders are processed between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
If payment is made after 2:30 PM, the parcel will only be sent out on the next working day.
