When will my GamerPoints be credited into my account?

It may take up to 3 working days (Monday - Friday) for the GamerPoints to be credited into your account. Please let us know if your GamerPoints are missing or not credited.

For pre-orders, the GamerPoints will only be credited after the official receipt is issued.

Reminder: You will not earn any GamerPoints if you purchase a product that is on promotion, discounted or marked as Nett Price. Additionaly, you will not earn any GamerPoints if you pay for your purchase with vouchers that are obtained from other promotions.
